If you are not Kool with the car you purchased, just bring it back in 3 days or 300 miles (whichever comes first). We're Kool with that. All that we ask in return is to tell us what we did wrong so that we may better serve you on your next visit. Only one condition applies: The car must be returned without any damage to it.
